Join ESAO for the Continuing Education Programme

The registration process begins with the submission of your application. The objective here is to verify the match between the candidate’s profile, their training, professional plans and our programme of study. At the end of this step, the eligibility of the candidate will be assessed. If your application is succesful, a motivational interview is organised to discuss your plans with the school management team.

Is there an entrance exam?

There isn’t any entrance exam for ESAO.

How are the practical classes conducted?

Practical lessons on horses take place in stables not far from the campus. These classes last between a half day and a day. Practical lessons on dogs and cats take place outside (at breeders’ or in refuges).

Is there housing near the ESAO school?

We can help you find accommodation, please contact the administration team.

Is ESAO a private school?

Yes. It’s privately-owned.

What are the upcoming dates to submit an application? 

You can submit an application at any time throughout the year, with two school entry dates: January and September.

Is distance-learning possible?

Yes. The course is designed as a blended learning programme with all the theory online

When can I be sure that my application has been successful? 

You are informed following your interview with the Management Team.

Is it compulsory to have completed scientific / veterinary studies to become an animal osteopath?

Ath this moment we are only accepting applications from people who have a scientific background before joining ESAO.

Are ESAO programs certified?

Yes, ESAO Ltd (English campus) is accredited by the BAC, British Accreditation Council.

Are internships compulsory?

Yes. Internships and research projects are compulsory components of the program.
